Bio: I grew up in Boston and was the first in my family to go to college. Had many previous lives—NGO, social work, public policy, advertising. At 35 I got coached for the first time and discovered I was floating through life like a leaf in the wind—okay at everything, great at nothing. I broke down crying. I saw how I was blaming everything in my past—where I grew up, my parents, my kindergarten teacher, the universe—for my dissatisfaction. I took a stand, made perhaps my first true choice ever, and from that moment on made a commitment to excellence and living passionately. I dedicated myself fully to my coaching practice and my love of acting. That's that.
I have over 1300 coaching hours. My coaching is transformation and high performance.
