Bio: Julie Sissman is a leadership and executive coach helping corporate and non-profit professionals and business owners achieve greater effectiveness and reach their goals through coaching.

Before starting her own business, Julie was a coach and consultant in IBM’s Enterprise Leadership Consulting (ELC) Group, where she served as a trusted advisor to IBM’s senior executives in their mission to transform and integrate IBM. Prior to joining ELC, Julie served as an Organization and Change Strategy Consultant at IBM, where she enabled IBM’s external clients to successfully implement large-scale transformational projects. Before IBM, Julie served as Associate Director of Hazon, a Jewish environmental organization, and she held several roles in other corporate and non-profit organizations.

Julie is also an active volunteer/lay leader in her community, serving on non-profit Boards and committees focused on the Jewish community, education, women and girls, philanthropy/giving circles, and the LGBTQ+ community. Julie received her M.A. in Social-Organizational Psychology from Columbia University and her B.A. with Distinction from the University of Michigan, and she is an ICF-Certified Coach.
