Bio: Before becoming a leadership coach, Julie was a business leader herself. She rose through the ranks at a multi-national ad agency (Saatchi & Saatchi) and went on to serve as a founder/CEO of two start-up businesses: WPP’s Geppetto Group and Next Step Strategy. She has been in the trenches leading teams through good times and bad, and she has learned valuable lessons about what works and what doesn’t. She has had the privilege of working with both Fortune 500 companies (such as Pepsico, Danone, Takeda, Walmart, Disney) and start-ups, and understands the unique challenges and opportunities for leaders posed by both.
