Bio: Dwayne Cash is a thought leader and the Architect of Professional Health™—a term he coined to describe the clarity, alignment, and well-being individuals experience in their work lives. As a Professional Health Coach™, Dwayne helps everyday professionals assess where they are, clarify where they want to be, and build the tools, confidence, and alignment to move forward with purpose.
Through mentorship, leadership development, and transformational coaching, he empowers individuals to see themselves more clearly, acknowledge their gifts and talents, and show up in the world with greater authenticity, courage, and self-trust.
Prior to founding The Good News Coach, Dwayne served as Director of Talent Acquisition, News & Sports at Warner Bros. Discovery, where he led recruiting and talent strategy efforts for award-winning teams. With over 20 years of experience across major media and entertainment brands (News Corporation, HBO, Viacom, NBCUniversal, WarnerMedia, CNN, TNT Sports, Bleacher Report), Dwayne has a proven track record of creating impact and raising the bar of excellence.
A native New Yorker, storyteller, believer, HBCU grad, and brave introvert, Dwayne brings all his lived experience into his work—helping clients not only grow professionally but experience true alignment and forward movement in their work lives.
