Bio: I spent nearly 40 years in tech as a developer, engineering manager, product leader, and eventually executive. I helped build great products and led high-performing teams through constant change. I know what it’s like to carry a lot of responsibility, to want more out of your work, and to wrestle with the parts of leadership that don’t come with a playbook.
But over time, I realized success on paper didn’t always translate to meaning in real life. So I made a shift. Now I help other thoughtful professionals lead more fulfilling careers and lives - not by doing more, but by doing what matters.
