With 30 years of experience in the NYC Department of Education, Dr. Padmore-Gateau brings practical insight and strategic vision to her coaching practice. Her background includes roles as a classroom teacher, Principal, and Director of Equity, along with spearheading initiatives like NYU’s Technical Assistance Center on Disproportionality (TAC-D) and My Brother's Keeper (MBK).
As a highly sought-after coach, Dr. Padmore-Gateau collaborates with school leaders and teachers, building their capacity through insightful classroom visits and workshops on Special Education and Culturally Responsive Teaching.
