Professional Experience

Archana Bharathan is a certified executive coach, organizational psychology practitioner and leadership development facilitator who works with her clients to grow awareness and build capacity to consistently show up as their best selves, maximizing their leadership impact. Archana’s coaching insights draw from proven coaching methodologies, research-based frameworks and practical evidence-based approaches in systems thinking, positive psychology and neuroscience. Leveraging techniques such as 360-degree feedback and appreciative inquiry, Archana is committed to collaborating with her international government, deep tech and global healthcare clients to nurture a high-performance mindset to advance vertical leadership capabilities and enhance emotional intelligence to make decisions in pivotal moments.

With over 2,000 hours of coaching and facilitating executive education sessions at MIT, Wharton, Yale, Columbia Business School, and UC Berkeley, Archana has impacted more than 50,000 leaders globally across six continents. In addition, she has designed and launched master’s programs at R1 universities and developed executive education initiatives in collaboration with M7 business schools. Today, in addition to her private practice that focuses on coaching intellectually rigorous leaders in healthcare, finance and technology, she partners on team interventions, leads leadership retreats, and serves as a faculty executive coach and leadership facilitator for Executive Education at Columbia Business School.

Education

Archana is a Columbia University certified and ICF-PCC executive coach. She is also a member of Forefront powered by Marshall Goldsmith's 100 Coaches Agency. She has an undergraduate degree in Economics & International Relations from the University of Michigan and is an alumna of The Wharton School and the London School of Economics. Archana is a certified Zen leadership coach, yoga instructor and scuba instructor. So, in addition to her coaching expertise, Archana’s clients also benefit from her knowledge of mind-body connection.
