Bio: Amy Tuccio is the founder of Leading to Thrive, LLC and focuses on elevating emotional intelligence for individuals and organizations through coaching and facilitation. With 12+ years in Aerospace building and leading teams, Amy leverages her expertise to support executives and leaders at all levels, teams and organizations to lead, thrive and create extraordinary results. Amy is a mentor coach and coach educator.

Amy previously was on the board of the ICF Philadelphia chapter and co-chaired the Education committee.

Amy is currently based in Connecticut with her partner and enjoys travel and plant-based cooking. She is service oriented and has supported leadership teams in fundraising over $200K for charities from 2017-2022 through Next Level Trainings and founded an Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion task force to offer process improvement for trainings and also created diversity scholarships for emotional intelligence trainings for those in need. One of her biggest passions is creating accessibility and empowerment.
