Bio: I’m an executive leadership coach and organizational development consultant driven by a passion for unlocking the potential of teams and individuals. Over the past 28 years, I’ve had the privilege of partnering with more than 300 corporate clients, family businesses, and public and private organizations across the globe — from Puerto Rico and the United States to Argentina, Australia, Austria, Bermuda, Colombia, Haiti, Jamaica, Mexico, Paraguay, the Dominican Republic, South Africa, and Turkey. My focus has always been on transforming barriers to performance into opportunities for growth.

My work is grounded in a rich, interdisciplinary, and multicultural academic foundation. My educational journey — which includes university, graduate, doctoral, and professional studies — has taken me to institutions in Puerto Rico, Spain, Mexico, the United States, and Quebec. This diverse background informs my approach to leadership development, family business dialogues, and team coaching, and continues to shape how I support leaders and organizations navigating complex challenges.

For two decades, I also served as a postgraduate professor in Administration at the University of the Sacred Heart in Puerto Rico. There, I pioneered the Caribbean’s first graduate program in Administration of Non-Profit Organizations — a program that helped bridge academic theory and practical application for mission-driven institutions in the region.

In addition to teaching and consulting, I’ve served on several boards across sectors such as education, hospital services, non-governmental organizations, and organizational consulting. I frequently advise family councils and corporate boards on governance, roles, and leadership transitions.

I’m also a writer and speaker. I’ve authored over a hundred essays and co-authored 16 internationally published books. My work has been featured in various media outlets, academic forums, and professional conferences. Throughout my career, I’ve been fortunate to receive recognition, including being named one of the Top Ten Management Professionals of Puerto Rico and the Caribbean (2007), the Training and Development Professional of the Year by ASTD Puerto Rico (2015), and most recently, a scholar of the Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Businesses Program (2024).
