Tanea Flanders

Tanea Flanders is the Executive Vice President of Global Learning & Leadership Development for Mediabrands and has held a private coaching practice, Design You Coaching™ offering leadership and life coaching as well as organizational development for the past several years.

Tanea started her career as a Change Management Consultant for Accenture, Inc., and has served as the head of Learning & Development teams across multiple industries for more than 20 years. She has led personal, leadership and team development, coaching, and development initiatives in media, entertainment, technology, sales, legal, consumer products, technology, advertising, telecommunications, beauty, education, research and healthcare.

Tanea holds an MA in Social-Organizational Psychology from Columbia University, her BA in Psychology from Lehigh University, and Coaching Certification from New York University. She is an ICF Professional Certified Coach (PCC) and holds certifications in mindful leadership through the Search Inside Yourself Leadership Institute (SIYLI); Designing Your Life (DYL) created at Stanford University, facilitation through Development Dimensions Incorporated (DDI), as well as MBTI, DiSC, LIFO, and CPI 260.
