Why work with me? Like many of my clients, I was a leader in IT who excelled in my domain but still needed to do some work around my non-technical leadership skills. Fortunately, with the help of an executive coach, I identified growth opportunities and started setting and achieving my development goals. Coaching was such a powerful, positive force in my life that I decided that I wanted to become one myself.
