Jody Jacob-McVey, CPCC, PCC

is the founder and managing director of EquiSense Solutions LLC, an experiential living and coaching company. EquiSense Solutions partners with credible institutions to create and deliver life-changing programs to individuals and groups who need them most. Our work happens in person, on the phone or in the pasture.

Jody has a passion for serving the underserved, specifically US military veterans and their families, homeless and trafficked young people, women in transition, citizens returning from incarceration, and seniors with Parkinson’s Disease. Recent partnerships include Columbia University/The Man O’ War Project, NYU Langone and Northwell Health, JCC Manhattan, Covenant House International, Heart Zones Inc., Boys and Girls Clubs and New Jersey Reentry Corporation.

Jody’s journey, “from Wall Street to Well-Being” includes a fairly “normal” 17-year career in financial services in NYC and a courageous jump into the business of well-being. For more than 20 years now Jody has been fighting the prevailing mindset of “fix what’s broken” found in the physical and mental health medical models and prevalent in human and organizational development. She believes that all people are naturally creative, resourceful and whole and given a safe place to experiment they can find solutions for themselves. Jody has created experiential learning opportunities and touched the lives of thousands of people, men, women and children, to discover their leader within, to appreciate their strengths and growth opportunities, and accept and integrate their whole person.
