ICF-NYC's e-mail broadcast newsletter offers a cost-effective way for you to target members of the coaching community. It is an opportunity to promote your coaching business, special programs, or teleclasses twice a month. Our broadcast e-mails offer you:

  • Frequent exposure opportunities - our broadcasts are twice a month
  • Reduced ad rates for multiple announcements
We offer two rate schedules for announcing a program, product or service in our email broadcast newsletters: one for ICF members, and one for non ICF members.

Member Ad Rates:
1 announcement - $75
2 announcements - $100*($50 per announcement)
3 announcements - $125*($41.66 per announcement)
Non-Member Ad Rates:
1 announcement - $100
2 announcements - $150*($75 per announcement)
3 announcements - $175*($58.33 per announcement)




Guidelines:
Please do not exceed 200 words.

It is recommended that you review previous newsletters to get a better understanding of the desired format. The announcement must contain the following information in this order.
Name of Event
Date of Event - including day of the week
Time
Speaker's name (if appropriate)
Content about the event
Location
Cost
Registration information
Contact information
ICF-NYC reserves the right to approve any and all advertising and the right to edit content of the advertising announcements.

To Place An Advertisement:
After purchasing your advertising space, please e-mail your advertisement or announcement to seven days prior to the e-mail broadcast date of the newsletter in which you wish it to appear. Our newsletters are generally scheduled for release on the beginning and middle of each month.
