Making Felt Sense of Our Inner Relationships

Topic: Program of Self-Attunement using the Acquired Basic Skills of Focusing and Deep Listening

This will be the 15th workshop in this series for coaches and allied professionals, based in New York, New Jersey and Europe.

What is it like to use the MBTI for global team building when the teams work remotely? What is it like when the remote teams include as many as 90 team members representing 20 different countries and cultures?
Bob Cuddy and Kathy McQuire will present two different approaches for MBTI global team building with very large teams. Bob Cuddy will share his experiences as an external consultant for a financial services company where the team building was conducted in Cologne, Germany and London. Kathy McGuire will share her experiences in managing an internal global team responsible for monitoring and managing clinical trials of new drugs at Bayer HealthCare Pharmaceuticals. Bob did the team building in person, and Kathy did it remotely with the help of some external resources. Both Bob and Kathy have used the MBTI extensively for team building and will share insights and techniques from their global experiences.
