Go With Your Gut, Ilise Ratner helps her clients create healthy relationships with food and be more proactive with their own health. Diagnosed with Celiac Disease, she also coaches/counsels others who are affected, as well as those who are sensitive to gluten and those with other digestive disorders.
For the past 15 years, while living in Boston and NYC, Ilise spent her time relocating corporations nationally. She refers to herself as a recovering Project Manager. No stranger to relocation herself, she has spent four years living and working in Madrid, Spain and Gothenburg, Sweden. Her love of other people and cultures led her to pursue and receive a Masters degree in Intercultural Relations. Her interest in working directly with people continued with completing her Life Coach Certification training with David Rock at Results Coaching Systems.
Living with Celiac Disease has changed the way Ilise lives her life and thinks about her future, both personally and professionally. She took her training a step further by deciding to train with Joshua Rosenthal at the Institute of Integrative Nutrition to become a Certified Holistic Health Counselor. As a result, she is focused on helping her clients make healthy choices, disease prevention, aging actively and general wellness.
Ilise is Treasurer for the International Coach Federation as well a Board Member for the Suffolk County Celiac Organization on Long Island. Heather Markel, certified life coach, is a skilled BullBuster and head of the
BullBuster Café, where she leads people whose most vibrant, energetic and whacky parts of their personalities have been shut down, to journey forth and find the freedom to open up those parts they have lost touch with. She helps them bust through the stories they've used as justification for where they've ended up in life (usually feeling stuck trying to fit into a life that's the wrong size)...and then make the changes that will set them free.

Dr. Styler, a Board-certified doctor, operates a thriving gynecology/infertility practice, specializing in STD's and hormonal imbalances and is affiliated with St. Luke's-Roosevelt Hospital in New York City. In addition to English, she speaks three other languages, and has published numerous medical research studies and abstracts.
Anette is the owner of
